Pet Odor & Stain Removal
Even Little Angels Have Accidents We all like to think our pets are little ANGELS who can do no wrong—but every now and then, a mysterious puddle tells a different story! Whether they look guilty or point the paw at each other, we love them anyway. At Heavenly Angels Carpet Care, we care about your pets as much as you do. We help remove the unpleasant reminders of their accidents so you can get back to enjoying their company without lingering odors or unsightly stains. Thorough odor treatment may also help reduce the scent cues that draw pets back to the same spot, supporting your efforts to break the cycle. Although cleaning alone cannot guarantee that accidents will stop, addressing the source of the odor is an important part of the process. How Our Pet Urine Stain & Odor Treatment Works At Heavenly Angels Carpet Care, we use TMF’s USOR Unchained with EcoCide in the Sweet Breeze scent to help treat pet urine stains and odors on suitable synthetic carpets. This professional formula combines hydrogen peroxide, penetrating agents, and odor-control chemistry. Hydrogen peroxide works through oxidation to help break down organic discoloration, including yellow urine staining. Penetrating agents help the solution reach affected carpet fibers, while EcoCide helps neutralize unpleasant odors. Our process begins with inspecting the carpet and identifying affected areas, using UV inspection when appropriate. We apply the treatment, allow the necessary dwell time, and extract the treated area. Additional applications may be needed before, during, or after cleaning, depending on the condition of the carpet. Treatment needs depend on how deeply the urine has traveled. Contamination below the carpet surface may require subsurface extraction or additional corrective work. Results vary with the carpet material, the age of the staining, and the extent of contamination. Your Satisfaction is Our Priority.

Area Rug Cleaning
At Heavenly Angels Carpet Care, we go the extra mile to care for the things you care about—including your area rugs! • In-home area rug cleaning: One of our most requested options is cleaning everyday synthetic area rugs while we’re already servicing your home. We call this “top-down cleaning,” a convenient option for suitable rugs that need attention without leaving your home. • Specialized care for natural and handmade rugs: Fine rugs made from wool, cotton, and other natural fibers require a more tailored approach. We evaluate each rug’s fibers, construction, dyes, and condition to determine the appropriate cleaning method and products for safe, effective care. • Pickup and thorough off-site cleaning: For rugs that need more extensive cleaning, we offer pickup at your location, with a thorough inspection before loading. Often referred to as our “wash pit service,” this process is tailored to your rug’s appropriate needs Rugs are typically returned clean and thoroughly dry within about one week, depending on their condition and care requirements. • Trusted care for oversized and specialty rugs: When a rug requires equipment or handling beyond our capabilities, we work with a trusted rug-cleaning facility here in New Mexico to help ensure it receives the specialized attention it deserves. From an everyday hallway runner purchased at Walmart to a treasured family heirloom or handmade Oriental rug, Heavenly Angels Carpet Care provides thoughtful treatment and the best possible care for every rug entrusted to us. Your Satisfaction is Our Priority.
Repairs to Restore Rather than Replace
Heavenly Angels Carpet Care cares in ways you might not expect! We offer services you may never have thought to ask about, helping keep your home or business safe, comfortable, efficient, and looking its best. Here are a few common—and not-so-common—ways we can help: • Carpet waves and wrinkles: Improper installation or loose carpet can lead to ripples that create tripping hazards. Using a power stretcher and specialized tools, we can restore a snug fit, improve appearance, and help protect your carpet from premature wear. • Pet damage near doorways: Has your pet scratched or torn the carpet near a door, leaving the sharp tack strip exposed? One barefoot step can be a painful surprise! We can often use a matching piece of carpet from the back of a closet to make a discreet repair, so you can enjoy walking comfortably through your home again. • Cracked tile or grout: We can assess the damage and repair affected areas. Addressing the underlying cause is important to help prevent cracks from returning or spreading. • Heating and cooling concerns: Is a vent barely blowing air? Thinking about upgrading to a modern smart thermostat for better temperature control and scheduling? We can help assess airflow concerns and thermostat upgrade options. • Small upholstery tears: A tear in your sofa doesn’t always mean it needs to be replaced. With the right needles, thread, and know-how, we can often repair small tears and help extend the life of your furniture. Our goal is to restore the things you care about whenever practical, often at a fraction of the cost and time required to replace them. If something needs attention, ask us—you might be surprised by how we can help! Heavenly Angels Carpet Care Your Satisfaction is Our Priority.
